Accommodations at McMaster University have been arranged for all artists, athletes, coaches, and volunteers. Participants are strongly encouraged to stay in the Artist and Athlete Village to take advantage of easy access to venues, meals, and on-going events throughout the weekend. Booking links with negotiated rates will be sent to participants through the illume Registration system.
This newly constructed building is the largest on campus with residences on floors 4 through 10. The building features a children's daycare, a cafe, and underground parking.

Les Prince Hall has single and double rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The residence was built in 2006, near Cootes Paradise and the Royal Botanical Gardens nature trails.

Athletes and artists are encouraged to book their stay at the residences at McMaster University.

There are no designated hotels for the festival. All participants are encouraged to stay at the residences at McMaster University.
Due to the number of participants, we are unable to arrange roomates in advance. It is strongly recommended to find a roomate before booking your accomodations at the residences.
For those participants who wish to stay off campus, transportation will not be provided to and from the venues. Shuttles between venues will be provided.
Yes, family members are welcome to stay in residences and book additional rooms if desired.
Participants will receive a link to the booking page in their registration form. At this time, bookings are for participants and family members only, to ensure they are given priority. Shortly after, the booking link will be available to the Jamat if there are rooms available.
