In order to participate in Illume 2023, participants must register. If you are successful regionally, you may be selected to move on to the National Festivals.

Registration fees are $45 for your first sport or first art, and $15 for each additional art and/or sport.

Registration Deadlines

April 28, 2023: to register your intent to participate in regional qualifying events for the Sports Festival and the Performing Arts Festival.

July 15, 2023: to register to participate in regional qualifying events for the Visual Arts Festival.

August 31, 2023: to register to partcipate in regional qualifying events for the Film Festival.

Refunds

Refunds for tryout and performance fees can be issued if registrants can no longer attend tryouts or performaces for their respective events. A valid reason must be provided for the refund request. Tryout and performance fees are non-refundable if registrants have participated in any tryout and performance session. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to illume@iicanada.net. Please include your name, sport/event, performance, region and reason for the refund. No refunds will be issued after Friday May 19.

EXCEPTION: Refund requests submitted after the deadline will only be granted should the request stem from an injury or medical condition (and no tryouts or performace have been attended).
